Which countries does Hewyn ship to?

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & India, but check back often as we plan to expand into more regions!

What are the delivery times?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check the status of your shipment on our tracking page.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

At Hewyn, we aim for transparency. Duties and taxes are included during checkout, so there are no surprises upon delivery.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We truly apologize if your order falls short of the high standards we strive to maintain.

If any items in your order are damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the item at support@hewyn.com.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact our support team, within 24 hours of receiving the item, at support@hewyn.com for assistance.

Are there any products you can't deliver to me?

Hewyn is required to comply with local regulations in each country governing the importing of approved products. This means that some products available on Hewyn may in fact be prohibited or restricted in some countries.  

After you place your order, we review the details to verify whether there are any prohibited products based on your location.  In the event that there are, then we will cancel those that are prohibited in order to comply with the regulations. We will only do this if it is necessary, and you will receive a full refund for any products that we remove for this reason.

Are all items in stock and available for me to order?

The stock availability displayed on Hewyn is based on the most current information at the time. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date stock details, availability may change between when you add an item to your cart and when your order is processed.

In rare cases, an item may go out of stock or the quantity you ordered may no longer be available. If this happens, we will reach out to you to confirm how you'd like to proceed. In most cases, the item will be back in stock within 24-48 hours.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping charges will be determined based on the delivery address you provide, and you’ll be able to review them before finalizing your order.

If the item requires special shipping or handling due to its size or weight, we will assess the order and notify you of any additional costs. You’ll then have the option to either accept these extra charges and proceed with the order or cancel the item for a full refund.

Will I have to complete any custom clearance formalities?

Our courier will take care of the customs clearance for you and get your order delivered to the address you provided when you placed your order.

In some countries, the recipient might need to provide a little extra info for customs clearance. This could include things like:

  • National ID
  • Tax ID
  • Passport
  • Proof of payment
  • Medical approval or prescription
  • Government/import approval
  • Company registration or license

If this is the case, the courier will reach out to you once your shipment arrives in your country and explain how you can share any necessary details. Please note, Hewyn can’t override local rules, so if the delivery can't be completed because of these requirements, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Payments and Pricing

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment options for your convenience.

Why is my checkout showing in AED and not my local currency?

Hewyn is a business based in the United Arab Emirates, for this reason all payments are made in AED.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all costs, including duties and taxes, are shown upfront during checkout.

Can I use promo codes or discounts?

Yes! You can apply promo codes at checkout. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers and updates.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

All refunds are issued in the form of store credit for the amount paid excluding any shipping charges selected at checkout and/or applied subsequently for special handling.

How do I start a return?

You can request a return by contacting our support team at support@hewyn.com within 14 calendar days of taking delivery of your item.

The item should be returned in its original packaging in an unused and new condition.

You may be requested to provide photos and/or videos to verify the issue or condition of the item.  This is necessary to further process the claim or refund, therefore we may not be able to proceed if this is not available or clearly visible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it - to initiate this you need to contact our support team at support@hewyn.com for assistance.

Yes, creating an account allows us to provide you with the best experience, including order tracking and faster checkout.
